My order has not arrived, what do I do?
We'll always send an email to you on the evening of dispatch, which contains a link to the delivery tracking. Simply click the link and you’ll be able to track your delivery there.
Please remember that Royal Mail can sometimes take an extra day to delivery as they are not a guaranteed service.

You can arrange for your delivery to come to your home, place of work or leave instructions to leave it in a safe place (e.g. leave with neighbour, behind flower pot). the courier will email confirming delivery and provide a tracking number so that you can follow your orders journey until it arrives. We cannot accept responsibility for any packages not being delivered due to incorrect delivery information or non-deliveries due to recipient being away at time of delivery.
