Our olives are packaged in clear sealed vacuum pouches but are not vacuum packed as this would destroy the delicate flesh and texture of the olives and fresh ingredients in our marinades. We recommend that the olives are refrigerated on delivery as many of them contain fresh herbs and that they are stored and when on display at between 4 and 8 degrees c turning olives regularly to ensure they are kept moist and always covered with the infused extra virgin olive oil they are packed in and are consumed within 8 days once opened.Detail handling instructions and shelf life are printed on each pouch.
Dispatch and carriage
All our orders are prepared fresh for each individual customer and our aim is to dispatch each order in around 48 Hours from receiving order to dispatch, a little longer during busy periods of the year. Orders are dispatched Mondays to Thursday and are sent out by overnight couriers we use Parcelforce24 for delivery the following day. Please be aware that a signature is required by the courier to confirm receipt of delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels not being delivered due to incorrect delivery information or non deliveries due to recipient being away at time of delivery. So please make sure when placing your order that you give us an alternative delivery address if this is likely to happen to accept your delivery.
Delivery charges
Orders below £75.00 are charged at £6.95 per delivery address Orders over £75.00 are FREE. Delivery is to mainland UK only.
Cancellation and returns
If a problem should occur with any of our products or our service you must contact us immediately and we will do all in our power to correct the problem as swiftly and efficiently as possible for you.
All our products are supplied fresh and are produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will taken upon the placing of orders.
In the event of a product or service not being satisfactory to you, you will be required to contact us immediately and return the goods in their entirety unopened within 24 hours to receive full reimbursement for all charges incurred
