Storage, Dispatch and Carriage
We want you to enjoy our products at their very best so please do;
Refrigerate on delivery. Our olives are fresh products which contain fresh herbs and ingredients and may contain nut traces.
We mark all packaging with a Use by date, once opened they have a maximum shelf life of 7 to 10 days. Please observe this, to enjoy them at their very best.
Please be aware that there may still be traces of olive stones in pitted olives. Whilst every effort has been made to remove the stones we cannot guarantee this. Please be vigilant.
All orders are prepared freshly for each customer. Our aim is to send out your order within 48 hours, however during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) this may be a little longer. Goods will be dispatched from Monday to Thursday by our couriers Interlink Express. Orders received after midday on Thursday will be processed and sent out at the beginning of the following week.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Everything you buy from us is prepared freshly for each order and is dispatched in the best possible condition. If the goods you receive are damaged in transit, let us know ASAP and take photographs so we can investigate what went wrong and prevent further incidents. In these situations we will do everything in our power to put things right for you, including replacing the goods or giving a full refund.

Although every care has been taken to remove stones from olives traces may still remain. We cannot guarantee that all stones have been removed and cannot be held responsible. Please be vigilant!
