Storage, Dispatch and Carriage
We want you to enjoy our products which include all our freshly marinated olives and antipasti at their very best so please follow these simple instructions
PLEASE REFRIDGERATE ON DELIVERY. Our olives and antipasti are all freshly prepared and contain fresh herbs and ingredients.
We mark all packaging with their ingredients and a use by date so please observe this to enjoy them at their best.
Each product is clearly marked with use by dates and we recommend that once opened to be consumed within a maximum of 7 days.
Please be aware that there may still be traces of olive stones in pitted olives, and whilst every care has been made to remove the stone you will understand it cannot be guaranteed so
please be vigilant.
All orders are freshly prepared for each individual customer and our aim is to send out your order within 24 to 48 hours from receiving your order. Orders received before 12.30 am normally will be dispatched that same day however during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Bank holidays) this may take a little longer.
Goods will be dispatched from Monday to Thursday by our couriers.
Orders received after midday on Thursday. Orders received after this time will be sent out at the beginning of the following week (except for Bank Holidays)
We cannot accept responsibility for any packages not being delivered due to incorrect delivery information or non-deliveries due to recipient being away at time of delivery.
Orders are prepared fresh for each individual customer and are dispatched from us in the freshest, and in the best possible condition.
If the goods when you receive them have been damaged in any way in transit, or for any reason you are not happy with them please let us know ASAP and take a photograph, and kindly send them to us so we can investigate what went wrong and prevent further incidents. In these situations which is a situation beyond our control we will do everything in our power to put things right for you, including replacing all damaged goods or alternatively giving a full refund.
Please be aware that our products are prepared in premises that handle nuts, seafood, wheat flour, soya bean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish if you have any allergies please call us before placing your order and our staff will gladly talk you through all the ingredients.
Although every care has been taken to remove stones from olives traces may still remain. We cannot guarantee that all stones have been removed and cannot be held responsible. Please be vigilant!

Any contract between you (the customer) and us (Olives Direct Ltd) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

When you place an order using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase these items. When we confirm your order this is to indicate that we have received it. It does not indicate that we have accepted it. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice. All our products are supplied freshly prepared and are produced to order, we regret that once an order is dispatched it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given.
