Your Olives by Post order will be sent via Rail Mail First Class Tracked 24 service with FREE next day delivery direct to your door, making it as easy as receiving a letter! Our letterbox packaging measures18.4cm wide x 3.8 cm deep and has designed to fit through UK standard letterboxes.

A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order. Royal Mail will email you with a tracking link, so you can follow the progress of your order every step of the way until it arrives.

This is not a guaranteed next day service, the Royal Mail says that in 95% of cases the package sent via Royal Mail will arrive on the chosen day.

Orders placed before 12.30 pm Monday to Friday will be sent out for next day delivery unless an alternative delivery date has been requested at the time of placing your order. Date selection is via our interactive calendar at checkout.


Does someone need to be in to receive the delivery?

Our packaging has been designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox (measuring 18.4cm  wide x 3.8 cm deep), and so in the  majority of cases can be delivered along with the rest of the post.

We would strongly advise that if you are not sure about the dimensions of the letterbox that alternative instructions are included at the checkout page under DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS so if the postie can't successfully put it through the letterbox, they have an alternative such as 'please leave in a safe place' or ‘leave with neighbour’ for example.

What should I do if there’s a note to collect the ORDER from the delivery office?

We do all that we can to make it clear to postmen and women that our boxes are designed to fit through the letterbox. However, on the rare occasion the postie isn’t able to deliver the package they may leave a note advising the recipient to collect them from the sorting office.

Our olives and antipasti letterbox packaging is designed to keep the contents fresh, and arrive to you in the best possible condition even after a couple of days, and so whilst we understand it may be inconvenient, if the recipient is able to collect them within 24 hours they'll still be perfectly alright. But should this occur and there is a delay longer than this, please call us and we will do everything we can to put things right!
